Facility Solutions – Plan, Build, Operate

Our partnership with ICS (external site) provides innovative facility solutions that help you plan, build, and operate your building well. Customized services integrate the planning, funding, construction, and ongoing operations of facilities while helping you throughout all phases of a building project.

Levy and Bond Strategies

Rapp Strategies, Inc. (external site) is a full-service strategy and communications firm that has extensive experience working with school districts. Rapp Strategies has helped more than 45 school districts in the Upper Midwest develop strategies for school building projects and operating levy renewals and increases.

MN Service Cooperative Cyber Insurance Program

BrightWorks partners with Hausmann Group (external site). The private information you store isn’t the only thing at risk with a cyber-attack; your financial outlook and the public’s trust in you are on the line as well. This program helps address the two most significant aspects of a cybersecurity plan: pre-breach mitigation and post-breach response.

Synergy & Leadership Exchange

Synergy & Leadership Exchange (external site) is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering collaboration to advance the development of ethical citizens, providing educational resources, and celebrating achievement in Minnesota schools, businesses, and communities. Reach for the Stars (external site) is a free resource guide published annually in August that contains high-quality academic enrichment programs and activities around the state. The Gathering of Champions (external site) is a celebration of Minnesota's Academic All-Stars, who have been nominated by school officials and providers of academic enrichment programs.
